WESSO® Air Hygiene is used directly on crucial locations such as production areas, ripening rooms, filling and packaging. WESSOGREEN® AIR is effective immediately and provides long-lasting protection from microbiological infestation of dairy products.
The agent WESSOGREEN® AIR is emitted as an aerosol into the air within the filling machine where it is distributed by the product flow. During production WESSOGREEN® AIR eliminates germs and bacteria from the air.
WESSOGREEN® AIR is emitted into the air within the ventilation system after the air filter elements and is distributed in the air flow. The air ventilation ducts are kept free of bacteria and germs in the air and the microbiological contamination of the air supply is eliminated.
Furthermore, the aerosols of the agent are distributed into the ventilated production areas and reduce germs there which have been caused by employees, product flow or cross-contamination.
The agent WESSOGREEN® AIR is emitted into the air within rioening rooms. The aerosols are distributed into through the air ventilation sytem and elilminates the load of bacteria and germs before they can cause any harm to the products.
Pre-sterilisation of packaging material
Before filling and portioning, the agent is emitted into the air within the packaging machine. The packaging material is rinsed thoroughly with conditioned air. Consequently, germs on the packaging material within the machine are reduced.
